Whether it's one-to-one interviews for dissertations and research, or lecture and seminar recordings, we are here to help. We normally work with digital audio speech files such as dss, wma, wav and mp3. If you prefer to use other formats, please ask. We aim to be as helpful and flexible as possible.

About Academic Type
Frances has wide experience as an administrator and audio transcriptionist. She worked for several different organisations over many years before becoming course administrator on the Bath MBA at the University of Bath; her experience there was the catalyst for setting up Academic Type in 2004. Creating the business fulfilled an ambition to provide a much needed 'virtual' service to academics and students alike.
